All orders ship from New Mexico, USA.

There is a 1-2 business day lead time for all orders to be prepared and packaged.

Once posted, domestic orders shipping via UPS arrive in 3-4 business days (Mon.-Fri.).

I do accept returns. However, being a small batch pottery studio, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Make sure your item is packed in its original packing materials and once it arrives safely back, I issue a full refund.

If you don’t find the item on my Etsy Site, but it shows on this website, contact me and I’ll make it happen.

All items are packed carefully to ensure save shipping. However, accidents do happen. If your order arrives broken, please email me a picture of the (damaged) box and the broken item. I can then issue a full refund or send a replacement.

All my dishes are food safe and dishwasher safe. They are also microwave safe, unless there is a gold rim or decoration.

I do caution with the lizard products to be careful in how you place them in the dishwasher, as the lizard legs are the more fragile part on it.

I also strongly recommend washing your item before first use.

Generally I’m open for custom orders within my style and/or colors. You can take a peek into my Portfolio on the navigation bar for inspirations from previous listings.

I usually add 15% for the extra time of making a custom order. The usual turn around time is about 8 weeks.

Once you contacted me, we discussed the project, and you are ready to commit, I’ll charge 50% upfront (non-refundable) and the other 50% after the project is completed.
