Brown Sugar Keeper

It is made from terracotta clay that hasn't vitrified completely and is therefore able to absorb moisture or if previously soaked release moisture.

- use it soaked to soften your brown sugar, baked goods, marshmallows, and even dried fruit
- use it dry, without soaking, to keep spices, salt, crackers, pretzels, and chips dry and crisp
